As we reach election day, there are new developments in the news and polling that greatly improve candidates chances.
These newly important candidates need funding since their races were not on large national donor lists. Please donate to the Late Breaking Opportunities Fund to help these candidates.

The new candidate for today is: Josh Gary West Virginia SD-2
Josh Gary WV-SD-2: The West Virginia Senate is in play. CNalysis has a 30% chance of a tie or a flip which would block partisan gerrymandering. The news here is that Josh’s opponent had a new scandal which moved this contest to a Toss-Up on October 18th. Josh is a strong candidate endorsed by the DLCC. Josh has had strong fundraising through Q3 raising $100K.
Christopher Quist AK-HD-1: Alaska is the news here. The Democrats used to hold the house with a coalition of Republicans and Independents. On October 6th the Republicans decided to call off the coalition leaving the Democrats needing 4 seats to regain the house. Christopher Quist is a DLCC recommended candidate running for a seat in Fairbanks that was decided by 1 contested vote in 2018! This is the true definition of a Toss Up election. Funding goes far in Alaska with a small population and Christopher has currently raised $16K. As an added bonus, support here will also get out the vote for Dr. Al Gross, a strong contender for the US Senate.
Kolbe Cole PA-HD-10: Pennsylvania needs to flip 9 seats in the house to have the majority. On October 20, Kolbe was moved to Tilt D by CNalysis due to a scandal with the Republican candidate and a strong independent candidate. This improved the PA House to Tilt R. Kolbe has raised $11K through Q2 (Q3 not available yet).
These candidates could be the tipping point for their state house and senate and are in key swing states (Florida and Pennsylvania) or in a state with a strong candidate for Senator (Alaska) so contributions will help get out the vote where it matters.
